My photo looks great on my phone; why does it look blurry when printed?

Phone screens are small and very bright, which can hide low quality. For a crisp print, images should be "300 DPI" (high resolution). If your file is too small, the print will look "pixelated" or fuzzy.

What kind of paper should I choose?

It depends on your project / need:

Standard: Best for basic documents and resumes.
Cardstock: Thicker and more sturdy; perfect for business cards, invitations, or menus.
Glossy: Shiny finish that makes photos and colors "pop."
Matte: A smooth, non-shiny finish that is easy to read and doesn't show fingerprints.

What is the difference between "Full Bleed" and "Standard" printing?

Most printers leave a tiny white border around the edge. If you want your color or image to go all the way to the edge with no white border, that is called "Full Bleed." We print those on larger paper and cut them down to size for you.

We offer basic setup and "print-ready" designs. If you need a completely new design from scratch, we have graphic design services available for an additional fee.
