What is the difference between express shipping vs standard shipping?

Do I need to bring my own box?
No. We offer a full range of shipping supplies, including standard corrugated boxes, heavy-duty double-walled boxes for fragile items, and specialty packaging for laptops, golf clubs, and artwork.
Can you pack my items for me?
Yes! Our "Certified Packing Experts" can handle the entire process. We use professional-grade cushioning like bubble wrap,
foam-in-place, and packing peanuts to ensure your items meet carrier insurance requirements.
What items can you not pack?
Generally, we cannot pack hazardous materials (flammables, explosives), ammunition, or extremely perishable items like raw meat. Some locations also have restrictions on alcohol and tobacco.
Which carriers do you use?
We offer a variety of options to fit your budget and timeline, typically including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL (for international). We can compare rates across all of them for you in seconds.

Note: Carriers usually only cover up to $100 by default. For high-value items, we highly recommend purchasing additional coverage.

In the event of a claim, you will need a sales receipt, a formal appraisal, or a documented "current market value" to substantiate the amount.
Can I drop off a pre-labeled package?
Yes! We accept authorized drop-offs for most major carriers. Please ensure your label is securely attached and any old barcodes on the box are covered or blacked out.
